By subscribing to EletvaAi, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

EletvaAi provides Aria, an AI voice receptionist for dental clinics. Aria answers inbound calls, books/cancels/reschedules appointments, and sends SMS confirmations. The service operates 24/7 and is accessed via a dedicated phone number.

2. Free Trial

• All plans include a 14-day free trial.
• No credit card is required to begin the trial.
• After 14 days, your selected plan billing begins automatically if you choose to continue.
• You may cancel at any time during the trial with no charge.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

• Basic: $199/month — 1 doctor, up to 500 calls/month.
• Growth: $499/month — 2 doctors + 3 hygienists, up to 1,000 calls/month.
• Pro: $1,199/month — 5 doctors per location, up to 5 locations, unlimited calls.
• Annual plans are billed upfront at a 10% discount.
• Overage calls are billed at $0.50/call above plan limit.

4. Setup Fee

A one-time setup fee applies: Basic $99, Growth $199, Pro $499. This covers onboarding, number provisioning, and assistant configuration.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancel anytime via your dashboard or by emailing milind@eletvaai.com.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.
• 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment if Aria fails to handle calls correctly.

6. Acceptable Use

• EletvaAi is for dental clinic appointment scheduling only.
• You may not use Aria for medical diagnosis, prescription advice, or any regulated healthcare activities.
• You are responsible for verifying that Aria's call handling complies with your local regulations.

7. Uptime & SLA

We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is performed during off-peak hours with 24-hour notice. Credits are applied for downtime exceeding 0.1% in any calendar month.

8. Limitation of Liability

EletvaAi is not liable for missed appointments resulting from patient-side issues, Google Calendar errors, or Twilio/carrier delays. Our maximum liability is limited to one month of subscription fees.

10. HIPAA Business Associate Agreement

Aria Dental (EletvaAi / Tatva Solutions) acts as a Business Associate under HIPAA when providing services to covered entities such as dental practices.

Our Commitments:

• We safeguard all Protected Health Information (PHI) received through our platform
• We use PHI only to provide services described in your subscription agreement
• We implement appropriate administrative, physical and technical safeguards
• We report any PHI breach within 60 days of discovery
• We delete or return PHI upon termination of services
• We ensure any subcontractors handling PHI agree to the same protections
